well i think i resolved my issues, but im not holding my breath just yet, i was talking to the head IT guy from work and explaining my issues to him and he said that my computer may not be able to handle the windows 7 in 64bit, so he had the other IT guy bring me a copy of Windows 7 in that was 32bit, and i left my computer on all weekend and did not shut it off until today, and so far so good, like i said im not holding my breath just yet, i know with the age on my device im only delaying the the process of buy a new laptop for a little longer, if i can get through until after Christmas of this year that would be awesome.thanks again for all your advise and suggestions.
