Don't use translation software cause it's bad and what you've wrote is barely readable.

NVidia 6xxx+ and ATi Radeon 95xx+ models are all supported in Windows 7 so you shouldn't have any issues.

P.S. There is no 'ati radeon' processor (or you've maybe meant GPU or chipset ?).

No, correction X1400 and I have heard reports of others that have been forgotton as far as drivers included in the setup or Windows Update..
He must mean ATI chipset I assume. I suggest he tries downloading XP or Vista drivers from AMD for his chipset..But then he has gone from the 865G Intel chipset to a geforce 9400 video card to possibly an ATI chipset or GPU

X1xxx series is still supported via a Vista driver.
The problem is only with some very old Graphic cards.
AMD chipsets (cause there are no 'ATi' chipsets) are supported via Catalyst Software Suites.

    FROM WIKI;
    Chipsets for AMD processors
ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 (with integrated graphics for AMD Notebooks)
ATI Radeon Xpress 1150 (with integrated graphics)
ATI Radeon Xpress 200, 200M (mobile) (with integrated graphics)
    ATI SB600 (southbridge)
    Chipsets for Intel processors:
ATI CrossFire Xpress 3200 (for Intel Core 2 Duo)
ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 (with integrated graphics for Notebooks)
ATI Radeon Xpress 1100 (with integrated graphics for Notebooks)
ATI Radeon Xpress 200, 200M (integrated graphics for Notebooks)
    ATI SB600 Series (southbridge)
Yes they are supported through Catalyst, can also be downloaded separately from their website..
As far as I can tell, Vista has native drivers going back to Radeon 9000, and I read that those drivers actually work for models right back to Radeon 7500 if you force the install via device manager, how old of a card are you looking for vista drivers for? I realize that there are older ATI cards, but I would think that if you have one that if it were supported with the default vga driver you wouldn't get much better graphics anyways. No offence intended, but I was referring to having drivers that are readily downloaded, designed for Win7, or included in the setup cd or windows update. Not referring to drivers that you can force to work ie, Xp or Vista drivers forced to install throgh device manager or compatability mode. Perhaps not but I just get that creepy feeling when installing drivers that way that when I reboot I will see a lovely blue screen. Often it works, but often enough it doesn't.

Please Devil-may-cry, if possible post some more detailed system specs and I am sure we will try our best to help, what do you have exactly for Graphics and what do you have for a chipset, Do you either have an ATI/AMD integrated chipset (possibly for graphics or southbridge) or a ATI/AMD graphics card? Perhaps a model number for your motherboard will help.
