Well like I posted in previous threads before that might be caused my the motherboard or other hardware that is taking up the Ram to function properly. If I am correct the only way to get around that is if your motherboard supports an option called "Memory Remapping"(Mine does not ) you would enable that to fix it. Other then that, there is no other way since the hardware/motherboard needs it, most likely the chipset as it is in my case.
I'm glad you've got your problem(s) sorted out =) Just a small word of advice: it looks like you've still got Windows 7 32-bit (x86) installed. Therefore, you aren't able to use your whole 4GBs of RAM. I urge you to install Windows 7 64-bit to use your computer's hardware to its full potential
