Did You ask for help on the torrent site You downloaded it from ? Bat thinking You caught it from malestom so SuperAntiSpyWare combined with Malwarebytes will kill the Crapware, Install and upgrade the two programs, then disconnect from the Internet before scanning. You won't need anything stronger. You will after running the two scans have to pull the power and disconnect the CMos battery to reset the BIOS. Hold the power button down for 30 seconds then You'll be able to hook the battery and power up.
Follow the Bat and be sure you have a good AV program running. It also helps to scan with a few additional programs ever so often since no single program will catch everything. Just curious, if you're running AV programs, which ones? I'd like to know which didn't catch this.
