POSReady 7 DWM Thumbnail

    Hello, I'm currently messing around with Windows Embedded POSReady 7, and I was wondering if there is anyway for me to enable DWM Thumbnails in this version of Windows? Fresh install is just showing a list, and I get this error when using a program that use DWM Thumbnails, "Error: Native call to DwmRegisterThumbnail failed".

    Sorry, not talking about folder thumbnails, edited the title and post to specify what I need help with.

    Unfortunately I'm not really seeing anything to help me solve it.

    Obviously this feature is deliberately turned off in this version of Windows, but I was just curious if there was any way to manually turn it on (as I would imagine that the files that do this function are still part of POSReady 7).

    Just installed POSReady 7. I'm having the same problem.

    Anyone knows a fix? This is the perfect Windows 7 version (I got march update online from WU without any hacks, It is offically supported until 2021) Taskbar thumbnails is the only problem.
