ok I have been working on a linux bootdisk and a script that will reformat the 100mb partition to ext2 and then install the bootloader where it will not be accessable to windows (an ext2 formated partition) but boot hangs I tried about 10 times to make sure I wasnt screwing somthing up, but it seems that linux filesystem support has been removed from GRLDR EDIT: I found a post about somethig to the effect that the "new" ext2 breaks grub, I also had the same problem with wow7 which uses a standard grldr. EDIT: I figured it out Code: mkfs.ext2 -r 1 /dev/sda1
