    other things to consider -

    make sure you have all the updates, aside from the two particular ones you need

    version of windows cannot be enterprise

    already ran as admin.. i would like to not use M$ update AT ALL

    i have a Win 7 pc that's been searching for updates at least for 3 hours now and it'll probable take another 5 hours just to download them then another 5 to install them

    Windows Update is AWFUL
