    sometime flash under windows is necessary. For my HP it's the unique solution

    Thanks for the quick response :) I tried to power cyclle my lappy and it's stil working.. Phew!

    The thing is, the command line worked when I tried to flash the F.3A version by FZEVEN :)

    I got burned before flashing in Windows that's why Im flashing in DOS mode now hehe... In any case I just extract the sp38061.exe to a folder then replace the .wph file with yours correct? :)

    UPDATE:

    I shut down the lappy. Re-inserted the flash drive. Did the command line. Flashing went through successfully. And my Vista Ultimate is still activated!
