    and my home connection is 22/1.5

    Internet with too much rain for the last 6 days. No cable internet but radio using ubitiqui bullet, and living 2.5 km from the tower of the provider.

    Last week I upgraded my FiOS service to Quantum 50/25, nice people also knocked $10.00 off my total service charge.

    New connection speed test from a test 10 minutes ago.
    That was run in my Desktop PC in Windows 7 x86

    Laptop wireless speed connection run about 10 minutes ago.
    That was run in Windows 8.1 w/ Update 1 installed

    It is nice living at a university with a gig backbone.

    I can get up to 100 Mbps due to port limitations though. Otherwise, I would have 1 gig up and down.

    I might get laughed at for this, but my max. download speed is 1.5Mbps, which is the fastest DSL speed from AT&T in my area.
