I dun like icons all over my desktop..
i tried to pin all the necessary icons on the taskbar and i feel it's kinda messy since everything was "gathered" at the btm.. haha
    btw, i have around 40icons.. lol :D

But everything is gathered/grouped automatically anyway..

You could set smaller icons and extend the taskbar..

So, instead of having icons "gathered" on the Taskbar, you have them gathered" on a 3rd party bar somewhere else on the screen. Hmm, that's logical.

In my opinion, the pin to taskbar feature is the most useless feature in Windows 7. I never use it and I never will. If I pin something to the taskbar, I won't be able to find anything quickly anyway and I won't be able to separate running processes from pinned ones! Plus, I hate very large taskbars. That's why I started using ObjectDock. I can find everything I need quickly and easily with a tabbed dock at the top of my screen.

I am thinking of using a Dock for my most-used folders and stuff, but which one is the best? I mean, I see WinStep (I guess), ObjectDock, RocketDock, and all kinds of stuff, but which one is the nicest? I.e.: looks best, is easily customizable, etc....
    Thanks!

Hey, that's fine. I assume you revert to the "old" taskbar layout (like previous version of Windows) in that case, right?
