Well...Matrix, I think he is using a Rocker Team custom OS. If that is the case you have to reinstall win7 cause it is a special integrated theme. I suppose he could give you the theme too though.
No, it isnt RT theme or OS (I make my own custom win7 dvd ) ...this theme is called Morning Freshness and was made by dude named proff1 on CreativX.net, you need to register there to d/l themes there. I cant' share it without his permission, sorry.
