    For every feature you want is likely asking for a comprehensive app whicn can hardly found in Windws, let alone the new OS Windows 7. Since you want want a free one. Perhaps you can have a try on Jing, the program made for free uses.

    You can make it easily if you try some shareware which are worthy every cents, so that you can do further editing on your video. I recommend DemoCreator because I often make some desktop tutorials. It's just the thing that meet your needs.

    Nice bar you got down there what's that? I like the reflection of the icons on the panel.....I used to use ObjectDock before but it doesn't have that kinda reflection.

    that's Xwindows dock 5.6...but it uses a lot of ram if u compare it to objeckdock or stardock

    I have 4 GB RAM I don't think I would have a problem.......

    yeah...go with it..I think you should use the newer version..Xwindows dock 2.0.2..google it..more stable
