    Sorry if it's been asked/answered before, but how do you get the shortcut/charm bar on the right hand side like that? Is it a touchscreen only feature? Can you add shortcuts to the charms menu which normally appears bottom left?

    not for me.. coz context menu are not present anymore... right-clicking anywhere will adjust ur volume settings.. :D
