I find it disgusting that APC charges for it, when customer spends over 10K on their UPS units

Anybody came across it elswhere? What is the iso file name?

Thanks, but I see no need to do that (also obvious! no need to install APC PowerChute for each guest machine)
One only install PowerChute 2.2.1 Linux on the ESX 3.x.x host (did not yet try on 4.x.x) & this host (depending on the config) WILL shutdown VMs gracefully itself

So, in my example (no need to install APC PowerChute for each guest machine! ) Price = 0$, else 'PowerChute Network Shutdown for VMWare - Single Physical Server License' Price = 99.99$.
The difference is obvious ... ;)

NO, there is NO need to install PowerChute for every guest, one only installs version 2.21 Linux (also FREE = 0$) on the host ESX (not ESXi)

Sorry, but I see no difference

Does anyone still have the 2.2.1 version available to share? Still have some old ESX 3.x servers that I would like to install it on. Thanks!
