Is there any difference between the user account having administrator right and built in administrator account in windows 7 ultimate. I have got a software which requires to register some dll files. First i have tried to register them with user account having administrator privilage by running as administrator and got errors. Then I unlock the built in user account and run the same program and it become completed.
