    Hi guys,

I've an ASUS K52Jc and for whatever reason I had to completely reinstall the system as I've been running Linux on it for a while and decided to get back Windows on it and I was dumb enough to remove the factory reset partition, so let's get that out of the way.

I installed the exact same version of Windows, which would be Home Premium 64-bit (PL) but I'm not sure if it was a legit download (which perhaps causes the serial key to fail?).

In any case, I've called Microsoft and they said that the key was legit and they didn't know why it didn't work to activate it so they forwarded me to the ASUS support and they just kept forwarding me back and forth between these two support lines. Nothing got sorted out and I'm without working key.

So I'm asking you MDL. What should I do to make it work? I kind of have to do it until tomorrow. :(

    Thanks in advance,
    phendrome

Edit: I'm looking for pl_windows_7_home_premium_x64_dvd_x15-65757.iso in other words. All links I've tried to download from seems to be broken. If someone could fulfull my dream of today and find me a working link I'd be the happiest man on Earth.

    get it from here: http://forums.mydigitallife.net/thr...1-and-SP1-Media-Refresh-Direct-Download-Links

torrent link works, just checked it.

You could verify if your system has slic 2.1 Bios with slic tool, also you can use DAZ loader to get your system activated and not have to do any further download

If you arent sure about the authenticity of your win7 download, it will be best to go ahead and download one from MDL
