    Same error 0x800f0988, after uninstalling the AV

    I'm sure he meant remove the AV then try again with the in place upgrade, not just the CU

    The in place upgrade worked like a charm after uninstalling the antivirus
    I am now on version 19043.1110 which I have downloaded from uup dump

    Never ever start an in-place upgrade with an AV installed (except defender, obviously), that's a rule that works since the days of MSDOS
