Problem to get TPM password (Time-out period status!)

    Hello,

    There is computer encrypted with Bitlocker (computer is in workgroup) but there is problem there is not known TPM password. Manage Bitlocker don't work because system show message:
    The TPM is defending against dictionary attacks and is in a time-out period.

    Is there any fast solution to solve this problem?
