NO! It's not the USB0 shown in the screenshot from DRevitalize! The HDD of that computer is an WesternDigital 250GB HDD and that USB is also an 250GB HDD! Or do you use an China Made Kingston 256GB USB Stick??! If later, you'll never get it to work! Those chinese Bogus Sticks and here special the Kingston Sticks having an modified Firmware and using kind of compression for to show an non existing capacity. Those Sticks existing up to 512GB! So, please post all details include Pictures of that USB Stick.
If you bought from L&A, you're out of luck, if you bought from an local dealer, you may could claim because of the 5 years Warranty(!!) whatever that means on chinese products! Look for an new device I believe is your only option! Sorry for that!
I bought if from a local dealer I think I will buy another one soon as I need it for my everyday work. Which brand you recommend for me?
I don't know the market in Egypt and whom I could trust! Personally I wouldn't use an USB Stick, to slow, not enough capacity and to expensive counting $ per MB/GB! I buy 500GB USB3.0 HDD, Brand Acer in Thailand for below US$ 50.00 which is below 10 cent/GB!
Thank you pisthai, you are right. I will consider buying an HDD. But, I think the USB 3.0 needs a USB 3 port in my PC, the thing that I believe is not there.
That's not realy a problem! Will works on USB 2.0 as well, just not that fast but still much faster than any USB Stick! And the USB 3.0 HDD having less power consumption than an USB 2.0 Disk. And the price for both is the same in Thailand!!
Oh, yes, I read once - I think here on MDL - that it will work like an USB 2.0. Nice to know it will be a little bit faster and the price as well Thanks pisthai, really appreciated
