    Background:

I accidentally used the EZ-Activator on a pre-installed OEM Windows 8 (meant to use it on Office) that came with the laptop and it deactivated my windows and I was unable to activate it. I then performed a system restore and computer was usable, except for a "Windows Build 9200" text that displays on lower right of the screen. I then "restored computer to factory settings" in Windows 8. When the process was completed, Windows 8 was not activated. When I got into System Properties, I clicked to activate windows, and it did activate.

    Problem:

Since the refresh, whenever the lock screen was displayed, it would first display an incorrect image that I did not select, before flashing quickly to the correct image that I picked. Does anyone know why this is and how to fix it?

    Thanks in advance!
