I FOUND MY PROBLEM! i was just browsing some forum and saw something saying if u change your motherboard it will invalidate your computer.. well i had a problem with my motherboard a couple months back and i had it replaced.. it wasn't until AFTER my motherboard was replaced when my computer got the KB-blah-blah-blah update and it asked for my product key. I had no idea of my product key because the geek squad removed the sticker on my comp. for privacy purposes (they said they would put it back but they forgot) so i skipped through the validation and got flagged as non-genuine.. this is where i got mad and tried to use a crack to activate win 7 but i didnt work, then i came here and learned i had an OEM version that caused RW and the loader by Daz to fail. At this point i was really mad and i used a keyfinder to find my product key used to activate windows at best buy. Why i didnt use the keyfinder in the beginning was becuz i was stupid and mad. so now i know my product key but it wont work with my motherboard and im really mad.

HOPE U GUYS GET MY STORY AND KNOW WHAT I CAN DO!

Have you tried rearming your system, since you have changed your hardware, it would be a good idea to refresh your license store.

Open a cmd prompt as Administrator and type slmgr -rearm and reboot your computer, then use Daz loader.

Why don't you use a loader?

You have SLIC 2.0 which will not activate Windows 7
