ok... this kind of repeated failures means only one thing that your HDD is on the edge and very soon wont work anymore so stop trying to delete files or start win7 on safe mode... cuz wont help in anything the only thing you will get its the death of your HDD... so make a backup of your HDD and unplug from your MOBO and bought a new one i advise a samsung HDD with the feature noise trouble so when your HDD is on the edge of Death you hear it a strange noise... Do it this ... i had the same trouble with my HDD before you...
