BEX event error is a Buffer Overflow Protection.

it's an issue usually related with internet. Some sort of error in memory addressing I believe.
It's often also related to messenger, live mail and internet explorer.

    Try this:

    right click on my computer
    go to control panel, system
    click on advanced system settings
    under performance, click settings
click the Data Execution Prevention tab, and then click Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select.
click Add, browse to the executable files for mssngr.exe, wlmail.exe and WLXPhotoGallery.exe and add it.

Thanks for you reply, I did what you told me to do but after I found the executable file and click add it tells me this
"This program must run with data with data execution protection (DEP) enabled. You cannot turn off DEP for this program."
Would you happen to know why? thanks again.
