    Hello everyone,

First of all, thanks for all the informations gathered here. I've spent a bit of time here and learnt a lot. Hopefully will keep doing it.

I've been given a batch of ~10 HP probooks 650 G1, which are all locked by Admin password, with no option to boot on USB/CD, nor can i modify any settings.

These laptops will be sent to trash very soon...

I got myself a Raspberry, ch341a programmer, managed to dump the file.

Also located $VSS but i'm *very* unsure about how many Bytes i have to clean. How can i be sure about this ? I tried searching the internet, but i'm in a dead end.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    Also, a quick question :

I found a .bin into one of HP service packs. Could i just make use of it ? I thought about flashing it but since it's only 8MB and my chip is 16MB, flashrom won't let me do it. I read this could be bypassed with dd command to 'fill' the chip, but with that difference in size between my dump and the .bin, i just thought i'd give up and look for something else.
