Protecting original iPad (iOS 9.3.5)?

    How would I go about protecting original iPad (iOS 9.3.5) on a Wi-Fi network? You can't even install AdGuard on it and most (if not all) ad-blocking software is incompatible with it due to being incredibly outdated. Is there a way to jailbreak it and force newer OS versions or create a "hosts"-like file or force AdGuard or some ad blocker on it?

    yes, i'm sure its jailbreakable ... what version of ipad is it ?
