[Q] Make start at bottom in vertical taskbar

    Easy right click on it, unlock it and drag it the side you want your task bar

    You can do that, I think, since the KDE 0.99 in '98 or so, but looks like MS forgot to clone that very feature, although almost everything else was "imported" in windows.
