    Why are you trying to explain stuff to people who actually told you how it is?

    19044.1288 = 19041.1 + 21H2 EP (KB5003791) + SSU/LCU 19041.1288.

    Sorry for the late reply I've just recovered from my computer being hacked. Anyway if I'm reading this right there are two version of LTSC 19044.1 and 19044.1288

    The second has updated embedded into it right?

    19044.1288 = 19041.1 + 21H2 EP (KB5003791) + SSU/LCU 19041.1288.

    Does that mean it's better to have the 19044.1288 iso?

    19041.1 (not 19044.1, it does not exist) is the base build. 19044.1288 is the released LTSC build.

    Use the base build only for integrating updates yourself. For all general purposes, use the 19044.1288 released build, Windows Update will bring it up to snuff, anyway.

    A momentary loss in judgment is all it takes. I was running virus free for almost 20 years until I fee for the test my game on discored thing.

    Sure, but it'll not be as clean as integrating into the base build (which does not contain any integrated stuff to begin with).
