Guys I want to ask one question about blocking telemetry in Windows 10 via Hosts file and Firewall. If we use software like DWS, W10Privacy (from winprivacy.de) and Spybot Anti-Beacon and use the options to add IPs and URLs in Hosts file and firewall, will it cause any side-effect? I mean all these software add their own set of IPs and URLs in Hosts file and Windows Firewall rules and what will happen if duplicate entries are added in Hosts file and Firewall rules? Will it cause any problem or is it OK? Should we use different software to add the blocking IPs and URLS or is there any specific software sufficient which adds all required IPs and URLs in Hosts file and Firewall rules? Any kind of help will be highly appreciated.
