It's been a few years since I've done this so excuse me for my lack of knowledge.

I have an ASUS Z97-PRO (Wi-fi ac) motherboard. I got my Windows 7 installed after getting a BIOS mod (and the various other steps needed which I don't remember) a few years ago. I've since upgraded to Windows 10. The BIOS version (1304) seems to be too old to expose the VT-x option (I've checked that it's supported for my CPU); screenshots of the BIOS showing where to turn this option on look different than my BIOS. I tried downloading the latest BIOS from ASUS but the ASUS EZ update utility doesn't work with it (shows an "Get blocks error" message). Do I need to install a modded BIOS instead? Will my Windows 10 work with all of this?

    Thanks.
