RTM means "Release To Manufacturer"... The final version of the product.

    OEM: Original equipment manufacturer
    RTM: Release to manufacturer

As you know RTM and OEM are so different things...

Windows 7 OEM might mean Windows 7(rtm) OEM

Dude your going to confuse him even more rofl.I suggest you use google and learn about the process. There were never 2 different releases. In fact you can look in the Windows 7 sources folder there is a little file named ei.cfg open it notepad and you can see 3 different entries. Second entry might say retail or oem you can change that. Say it says Retail you can delete that and put OEM and vise versa. Mk i'm done explaining if you still have questions google is your friend.
