Question about Trilogy 4.2

So I'm looking into trilogy 4.2 and can I use it like every other time? like can I use it everyday? Does the Rearm count?

Oh I see, By the way I used one of my rearms when it was only 26 days left, is that a problem ? I used Duality.

 

I really need an answer I'm little paranoid. :/
