    You can use the retail iso downloadable from this forum to install any version of win7 you want. read the windows repository sticky.
    Why use a doubtful torrent when you can get the real deal right here?

    I DL'ed it before I discovered this forum

    I read the FAQ again after I posted this message (I usually find the answer AFTER I post on any forum, lol) and decided to use ei.cfg removal on this one (en_windows_7_ultimate_x86_dvd_x15-65921.iso) and I'll be trying it out soon.

    burning at 8x right now in ImgBurn w/ taiyo-yuden dvd-r.

    ok I got it worked out using OPATool

    and now I understand the reason to save the information BEFORE wiping the drive
