I experinced this issue in the latest build of win 10 pro I have both Internet download manager and Dolby profile selector enabled in the startup section in settings,msconfig and task manager But they only start after a restart Shutting down and booting to OS, they won't start (or atleast not showing in the tray like normal) Any solutions ?!
