Hello, in DP there was possible to run Immersive CP directly from the Metro tiles, by launching tile with the toothed wheel? Does anybody know if it possible to add the wheel tile again to Metro in RTM? Here is the picture of the tile: I of course know, that ImmersiveCP can be launched differently, but I want this for very special purpose. I don't want to loose time by extracting that from DevPrev, so if anybody knows, just reply.
Yep, that is the method, what I and author of the text (Ciprian) have figured out. It sends keystrokes: <WinKey>+<i> <End> <Enter> ...by EXE file, which contains such macro. but it has many limits... systemsetings.exe contains icon in different resolutions (like 16x16, 32x32...) and the highest available resolution (what is used by windows on desktop) 256x256 is broken there, so sometimes there is black rectangle instead the icon (when you will delete LNK to the EXE (etc)). So Ciprian used his own gray wheel instead for his macro-EXE. I however used fixed original blue icon in the tools-pack in my links below...
