    When I heard that Windows was logging my keystrokes, I dual-booted Win8.1 and torrented all on that OS; Even if they do find out that someone is torrenting, I doubt they would report it. I read an article saying that all information regarding Win10 telemetry will be deleted at RTM and will not be sold/given to 3rd parties (I'm guessing the govrenment is considered a 3rd party). But still just to be safe, I would not torrent on Win10 till RTM

    theirs a thread here that shows u how to disable the telemetry...not sure if it works 100%

    Yeah, but it might break something & end up corrupting Windows
