    Check out Easy2Boot V1 at rmprepusb.com. Just add all your XP/Vista/7/8/SVR2K8/SVR2012 ISO files (and even linux liveCD ISOs!) and boot! Simples! ;)
    There are also two YouTube videos to help you get started.
