Recover BIOS on ASUS m4a78lt-m le

    HI To ALL

    I try to upgrade the BIOS on the ASUS m4a78lt-m le, but something when terrible wrong now the computer will turn on but nothing will display on the screen o_O

    I try reading the instructions on how to recover since this is an AMI BIOS, however this board doesn't have a floppy connector.

    How can run a bios recovery without the floppy any ideas? :confused:
