    Nice! But a few of the icons (select all..etc) are white..is that what you mean by "99%" ? :S.

    Nevermind, redpill only puts the icons to C:\ and i have windows8 installed to the g drive.

    Ok, so you need to move this folder c:\windows\resources\icons\ in the same folder in g:

    If you use Visual Basic, try this code:
    Code:
    Dim Path As String = Environ$("windir") & "\Resources\Icons"
    to prevent the application from putting the files on the wrong drive.

    I don't know about C++, though.

    Isn't it possible to use %windir% in a WinRar sfx then?

    Yes, you can use %WinDir% in WinRAR sfx.
    But why don't you use Restorator to apply resource patch (ResPatcher)? It would allow you to patch every build.

    I noticed something: the performance dashboard in the modern task manager refuses to start and the task manager requires admin rights on every launch. Anyone else has this issue?

    that is because this TM.exe only contains the TaskUI. In this build TM.exe and taskui.exe got unified. If you want to use both, download my tm.zip from 7959.

    steph_t, your files bricked my 7989 installation. Something related to the two modded dlls.

    You replaced the original dlls by those??
    These were from 7959, the files were designed to run in an own folder.

    Here are the original 7989 files: mediafire.com/?smmwpgwenq5j9bn
    Use this archive to replace the old files, then Windows should work again.
