Refs File System and Windows App Store?

    Just discovered that I cant install ANYTHING from the windows app store on my refs (storage spaces) partition. Funny how ive had 0 problems with steam/origin but when I try to install gears of war MADE by Microsoft on refs also MADE by Microsoft it simply wont let me. Is their anyway around this?

    I've found a bunch of stuff I can't do with Refs - in Windows Server 2016 you can't create "Work Folders" (basically offline files/folders) on a Refs partition.

    I couldn't even get my Storage Space to format as Refs under 10 - Powershwell said it was "unavailable" (!)

    Did not even bother with ReFS in 2016 after adventures in 2012 R2, where just about nothing worked correctly with that FS

    There's no workaround for this problem. Because installing Apps to other partition need File and Folder Encryption like NTFS EFS, and ReFS does not support any File Encryption technology.
