All of a sudden I do not have a thumbnail preview for new avi files on my PC. The avi's that had thumbnails before this started still have them. I have run regsvr32 shmedia.dll. It says that it loaded successfully but the thumbnails for the new avi files do not display. What might the problem be?
I have not installed any (third party) codec packs. I do have Nero 7 and Mirillis Splash Lite installed. The funny thing is that this just stopped working.
