check your sata drive ..is the controller installed? if not... sometimes you will have difficulties activating even with genuine key (online activation). especially if your 7 is 64. also try to use the command (slmgr.vbs -rilc).. (open cmd as admin.) after you install your loader and restart. make restore poin before you try something so you do not have to format..you can always restore. this is happened to me...I had to install AMD ATI drive (complete install).do not know in your case what drive..depends on your computer. Good luck try this and let me know if it worked. if the upove is not clear or you could not do it,, then you may want to try to install windows 7 x86 (32) ..x86 is less sensetive to problems.
