Don't get me wrong, that's not a feature I'm dying for, after all in almost 20 years I somewhat get used to the scrolling behavior (I' cant customize to my liking every PC I touch ) It was just a "aloud though". It's funny that the same program was used in Vista to get back something lost from XP, and now is used for almost the opposite reason
IIRC correctly ViStart back then was to emulate the Vista Start Menu experience on XP. It was usually used together with a tool called Vistamizer (and later Sevenmizer), which brought the rest of the Vista Desktop optics.
