Remove legacy componenets but keep direct play

    So using dism to remove features, directplay is needed for some games,
    how can i remove legacy components but get dism to keep the directplay part of it.

    I don't mind having to re-enabling it (like adding wmc/.net3.5) after removing legacy

    You cannot
    Direct play is an included update (feature) in the package, you cannot remove the parent and keep the child

    hmm yeah i was wondering if installing that would work, I'll test it out thanks.
