Updated first post with registry entries to disable GWX and OS upgrade, and commands to delete downloaded updates cache and Windows 10 download folder.
I understand why someone would want to remove these updates, but on all of the knowledge pages, none of these are supposed to do anything at all unless you're enrolled in CEIP. Do the updates open the communication lines right away or something and transmit stuff regardless?
Is there any updated .bat file for delete this updates and a list for Telemetry update in 8.1? Thanks in advance

KB3035583 appeared once again in my "Important Updates" today. So I hid it again. Funny how MS seems to think they know what is best for me. I hope the class action suit becomes a major problem for MS and they have to eat this monster they created.
The updates do not unhide themselves. It's just that MS releases new versions of those updates. The new versions aren't hidden, and the old versions vanish from Hidden Updates.
(Revisiting the patches again, as I linked) On 1 of my machines, KB3035583 was back in the "Important" screen by itself, and 2 others were in the Optional screen as "Recommended" - KB2977759 & KB3083710. On my primary machine, KB3035583, KB2977759 & KB3083710 were all under Optional, all "Recommended". KB3035583 was hidden on both machines prior to this re-re-re-release.
It's not the first CPU microcode update, and i don't think it will be the last being it's causing issues for some, doesn't mean it's a global bad update and i wonder, how a Win7/8.1 update affect Win10 OS?
