Remove Watermark Windows 8 Build 8250

I wonder why people want to remove that little watermark.

copy paste to this folder is not allowed--asking for permission--I am admin--but still refusing? any suggestions?

to me iam using Ubuntu to replace files with out any editing on admin

 

I have not yet installed Ubuntu on mine--can u suggest a way to over-write

use live Ubuntu cd no need for installation

 

run takeownership script as admin and try to drop the original shell32.dll.mui to desktop
now copy the patched shell32.dll.mui.

Remove the watermark for win8 cp 8250.( System Language: English )

1.Open the file (Remove Watermark Win8 EN.exe) with Administrator(right click)
2.Restart your computer when program work done.
3.Change a new wallpaper and apply to enjoy it!

If the program doesnt work in your x64 system, please follow this
Go to another system (win7\winPE or other system in your computer)
Copy and replace Shell32.dll.mui to &windir&\System32\en-US\Shell32.dll.mui from the ZIP file folder "en-US".
Then restart your computer and change a new wallpaper to enjoy it.

err guys, quick question..why there is "test mode" watermark? is it driver?

 

Confirming it works, just remember to cycle wallpaper to remove the originally watermarked bitmap.

 

this method works it on you system 64-bit FR language?
