    Thanks, tried it but does not work because my machine is an AMD CPu system while the Bios on the forum is for an Intel CPU.
    I have place a request for a Bios MOD on the request section.

    Yah, stay away from HP/Dell. Buy ASUS/MSI ~ no whitelist at all.

    Thanks for all the help Serg008. Really nice of you!

    The laptop boots normally, the un2420 (gobi2000) is just not recognized.
    I am afraid that it may not be related bios issue, but the card being locked...
