    thats what i was afraid of. is there any way to spoof or change the hardware id of a wireless card?? this crap card from hp is terrible and the only other ones i can use are even worse. it really stinks i hate hp...all i want to do is change the wireless card this sucks.

    i plan on buying a new laptop soon so who is not having this issue what brands should i NOT buy so i can do what i want with the laptop?? i dont mean crazy stuff either like crazy custom bios menus but the simple task like changing the wifi card and adding a ssd etc??

    this way i dont make this mistake again. thank you!!

    Doesn't work. It's still giving error 234 Failed to verify Secure Flash image.
