    Question:

    I just checked my WiFi card, it's a Realtek 8192SE... I understand that HP uses different cards randomly. Is the BIOS programmed with all the VID and PID of all the possible cards they use or do they change something in the BIOS themselves based on what they put in?

    Hi to All,
    i have a Lenovo G780 and want to replace the WLAN-Card, because the original is very poor, only 65MBit
    I've tried 3 different Cards (Intel, Boradcom, Realtek) from a ThinkPad T420 and T520 but the dont work.
    Also i can't find a Bios for the G780 and i have read, that you can't backup those InsydeH2O bios.

    Is there a change to get different Cards working?
