i did exactly step by step to get the unknown device in the device manager but i didnot get it.
by the way the integrated Bluetooth 4 inside the Intel 6235 is working fine i even can turn it on and off with Acer Launch manager . only the Wireless Lan doesnot show up at all , not in device manager and not in Acer Launch manager. this happend on windows 7 and windows 8. same.

how can bluetooth work and my Bios has a whitelist?
