    5ECN96ww(V9.01) remove whitelist or change ID to new WLAN-Card

    Hello,

    try to attach my backuped bios from Lenovo N581 insdeH20: Lenovo 5ECN96ww(V9.01).rom

    Bt not work via uploader.

    How I can send that .rom-file???:confused::confused:

    old: Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter
    PCI\VEN_14E4&DEV_4727&SUBSYS_058714E4&REV_01

    new: Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6230
    PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0091&SUBSYS_52018086&REV_00

    Do you run win8?

    If yes, care about similar bios modding, due to activation-key stored in y o u r Bios. For that reason I think it is neccessary to backup your original bios and give it for modding.

    Is that true?

    im actually running Mountain Lion 10.8.2 so i dont have a need for the embedded OEM key
